The trick is to find the good lawyer. It can take some time. You will need to ask questions while staying calm in order to evaluate who you will want to be your lawyer. Asking the right question during a phone consultation will save you time and money. You can ask about experience, success rates, and training. It will be up to you to determine how honest the lawyer is being with you. You may also need to figure honesty out in a in person interview. Attorney with a Payment Plan Many attorneys will have a payment plan. I do payment plans. I still do them even though I have gotten burned. Clients will sometimes do this where the client gets the result that they want then they disappear. There are times where it is perfect for a dismissal and it needs to happen ASAP.
